• Welcome and host guests, ensuring smooth and personalized stays

• Act as the main point of contact for guest requests, local recommendations, and special touches

• Coordinate with housekeeping, breakfast, and maintenance teams as needed

• Plan, organize, and host small events and gatherings at the property

• Keep common areas guest-ready and visually appealing

• Attend and engage with events across the Triad, building awareness and guest opportunities

• Develop partnerships with local businesses and national contacts to drive bookings and visibility

• Manage guest communications, online reservations, and support light social media updates

 

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and hospitality instincts

• Comfortable in social and professional settings, both local and national

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and visually aware

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Enjoyment of home-style cooking is a plus, but not required
