1. Introduction
Welcome to Pandora's Manor. By accessing our website and booking a reservation with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully.

 

2. Booking and Reservations

Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.

​

Payment: A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

​

Confirmation: Your booking is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us with a reference number.

 

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Changes and cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of making the reservation.

After those 24 hours, a 25% cancellation fee applies.

Within 3-7 days of arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee applies.

Within 2 days of arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

4. Guest Conduct and Damage Policy
Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. We reserve the right to eject any guest who acts in a disorderly or unlawful manner.

Damages: Guests are liable for any damage to the room or property caused by them or their party. We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any damages incurred.

 

5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pandora's Manor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your stay or use of our website. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of North Carolina.
